- Can I open a wholeseller account?
Currently, we do not have terms such as "Net 30" or "Net 15", and the products are shipped only when the payment has been received. We may have terms for certain customers with good credit in the future.
- How much does the shipping cost?
When you place order on our web site it calculates the actual cost of the shipping according to the weight and shipping method you choose. We are not trying to make money on shipping.
- How long does it take to ship my order?
The web site gives you the estimated days for shipping. However, sometimes it may take longer when the package goes through the custom and the custom may take longer to process it. This is beyond our control.
- How soon the order is processed and shipped?
Normally we have all items in stock, it takes about one day for us to fill and process the order. The order is sent out of door the very next day. If order amount is over 100 units, additional days may be needed to prepare and stock the items. In rare case, when it may take longer to process your order, we will notify you through email and keep you updated on our progress.
- I am a big-order buyer, can you send samples to me before I make a big order?
We, for sure, can send out the samples for the products that you are interested in. Here is how we do this:
1) You order directly from our web site for the products you are interested in.
2) And you pay for the order including shipping.
3) We credit you back the amount you spend when you ordered the sample excluding the shipping the very next time when you placed order at large quantity.
Sorry that we cannot send out free samples. We are very serious about the quality of the products we sell and we guarantee it by offering a no-satisfaction return and exchange policy. We have many customers who are ordering at 50 and above quantities daily.
- I have moved, can you send order to my new address?
If the order has not been shipped when you are moving, please let us know ASAP. We will send the package to the new address.
However, if the order has ALREADY been shipped, and you ask us to forward the package, we cannot do any thing. We have no control over how the package should be delivered.
The best solution would be for you to go to US post office and fill out the address change and forwarding form. You then should be able to receive the package at your new address without any problem. In the future if you place any orders, please use your updated address.
- It's been 5 weeks and why haven't I received my order with ground shipping?
You can check the online status for the package. Since it? ground shipping it shows only the status when the package is in China. By now, you should receive the package in any days.
Normally for ground shipping it takes at least 5 weeks plus extra time for custom clearing. If you live further away from the US major port cities such as LA, NY, it could take longer since the US domestic part of shipping method is also ground.
Please contact us if you still not receive the package in 8 weeks.
- I paid for Ground Shipping and after 2 months I still have not received the package, what is wrong?
We are sorry for taking that long to receive your order. We have checked with the post office and they told us that it could take up to 3 months excluding the days the package is held in the custom. Many of our customers have chosen express shipping or Air Mail because of the long delay for ground shipping.
The package has a tracking number and you can track it by calling the staff in your country's Post Office and telling them it's shipped ground from Chinese post office. From China side, we only know if the package has been shipped out of China or not. This is all the information the Chinese Post Office can provide. Once the package left China, it's up to your country's post office and the custom.
After your package is shipped out we have no control over how the package is delivered. One thing we have done is to warn customer to expect long delivery time for ground shipping when they place orders so they can choose other types of shipping or be prepared to wait.
If you have selected ground shipping, please make sure your shipping address will be valid for at least 3 months. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for the lost or missed package. Once the package is sent out, we have no way of redirecting the delivery of the package. So please make sure the correctness and validness of your address for 3 months.
- I have placed order and chosed Ground Shipping, can I change the shipping method?
Thanks for your order. Recently, the ground shipping has taken long time to get to our customer (up to 3 months for some customers), when you placed order we may have warned you to be prepared to wait a long period. And also please make sure your address is valid for the next 3 months.
However, if you want to change to Air Parcel or Express shipping you could if the package has not been shipped out. So please let us know immediately through Email or Call us leave message with order number. We will stop shipping and send you invoice to pay for the difference in shipping cost.

- Do you offer Net-30 payment term?
We don't offer Net-30 payment terms in general. We do only for qualified customers who:
1) Has done business with us for over 6 months
2) Maintains monthly order amount of $2000 /month or more on average
3) can provide 3 or more credit references
4) can provide business checking account name and bank information
5) Pass our credit check

- The product I ordered has defect, how should I return it?
You will need to contact us within 15 days from the date you receive the package (which we can track the through shipper's web site), and contact us immediately by calling or writing to us at: Support@yeedong.com
After we have replied to you follow the instructions in our email on where and how to return the defected products.
- Why am I getting the "Invalid Address" error when making payment through Paypal?
The error is because of the failure in validating your address that you have provided to us during check out. If this happens and you believe your address is correct. you can send us an email from the payment failure page and the follow the instructions on the screen to make the payment. - I have submitted my payment by credit card, why don't you process my order?
To protect customer's right and avoid fraud, we will send you an account confirmation request and you need to follow the steps in the email to confirm your payment. Once you confirm your account successfully we will process your order. You have 5 days to do this. Otherwise, we will not be able to process it and it will be cancelled permanently.
- What is brushless motor?

- What Is The Difference Between a Brushless Motor and Brushed motor?
A brushed motor uses stationary metallic contacts that 'brush' against moving metallic contacts. These 'brushes' are used to transfer electrical energy to coils on the rotating armature. A brushless motor consists of stationary coils and a rotating magnet that is connected to the output shaft. The coils are grouped together into phases, and an electronic motor controller powers up each coil in sequence, causing the magnet to rotate.
- What is Credit Card payment confirmation and how to do it?
Credit card payment confirmation is to tell us the extra charge (in addition to the order amount) that Yeedong.com places on the credit card you have used to make the order, by sending an email to Yeedong.com at: email@example.com. You can find the amount of extra charge by accessing your credit card statement online or calling the credit card company.
The purpose of the confirmation if to verify the ownership of the credit card that is used to place orders on Yeedong.com. Its our companys policy to confirm every new customer to prevent unauthorized use of your credit card.

- How long and how to proceed in case of OBD Scan Tools guarantees?
We will provide 1 year quality warranty. If the products are found to be defective, we will
